Updated airspace

IMPORTANT

Following pilot feedback and request to help facilitate easier establishment after tow additional airspace has been made available in the NE corner of CTA-3 (Airspace to SW of LEZ). This is known locally as the Horton box. This raises the NE corner of this block of airspace from 2500ALT to 3500ALT.

This change will be briefed fully at the next briefing but files are being made available now to enable competitors to update their flight computers.
