Cape Gauntlet Dec 2015

Worcester, South Africa,   28 November 2015 – 28 November 2015

Cape Gauntlet season 2015/2016

The Cape Gauntlet is a monthly Cape Gliding Club 'ridge running' competition held during the South African summer season from Worcester in the Western Cape. This season we will set a single task that is achievable for many more club members. In an attempt to accomplish this, we will set Assigned Area Tasks (AATs) so as to cater for both novice XC pilots, as well as set a challenge for those seasoned 'Gauntleteers'.

Task sheets may be collected from the club house on the morning of the competition. The task will also be posted on this web site the evening before.

Note that only licensed pilots who are cross country cleared, flying gliders with valid ATFs, working FLARM's and servicable trailers may compete.
