Tuesday 3rd June, Day 5

This morning dawned sunny for a change. By mid-morning we had warm sun and blue sky and by launch time the Cu had developed, ready for an afternoon's racing.  Today's task - a 393km polygon. The grid has been launched, Start line will open at 1342 local (1242 BST)

Monday 2nd June - Day 4 at last

It\'s been a bit like groundhog day with us stuck on day 4, but at last we\'ve managed to get another competition day. Everyone accounted for, just 1 trace to come (the others didn\'t fly)

Sunday 1st June

The weather is not playing the game, so the day is scrubbed.  Some pilots are remaining airborne while the rest practice filling the airfield with gliders. Some of the comp went out and flew the task anyway, their 'results' are available (but not included in any competition scores).

Off the ground at least.. All airborne but the start line is being held closed for a short time in the hope that cloudbase will improve.

After another non-flying day, an AAT of 2h30 has been set. Pilots have been called to the grid to gird their loins ready for launching.

The rain in Spain is falling mainly on the planes

18:00 at the airfield we have been treated to some flashing and banging along with fairly heavy rain. All pilots accounted for, unfortunately those not yet on the score sheet are somewhere else, not enjoying the rain in Spain.

Day 3 Task is 2h30 Assigned Area Task.  12:30 Competition launching started. 13:30 Start line opened 15:30 some outlanding reports and some turbos motoring home.
