THe weather listened to our metman Sid today and we launched the grid into a blue sky with some small scattered cumulus slowly turning blue. Pilots quickly climbed away from tow and the first starters were away around 1330 on the 280 km Racing Task to the rolling hiils on the Welsh borders. The late starters crossed the start around 1445. The leading group are now about 100 km from the finish and we expect them back in around 45 minutes.
