To clarify the position after the change of the rules for Nationals at Aston Down. The Competition Committee have decided that only National Competitions can have the dispensation for ATZ's not to be penalty Zones.
For the Challenge Cup & ISRGC 2022 ATZ's will be penalty zones as detailed in the 2022 competition rules
