9.5.2013 - Competition ended!
As we wrote in last days, weather conditions in Szeged area are so bad, that Peter Szabo decided to end competitions.
For next days there is option for training flights and every evening will be dinner for participants.
And we all can look for Alfoldi/LX Navigation Cup 2014!
8.5.2013 - Next trainings day
Weather is not so good for our competition. Today we estimate only short window with few cumulus for local flights. The estimations for next days are more pesimistical than optimistical... And airfield is like a sea. You can use your canoe to reach restaurant's area...

7.5.2013 - Rain, rain, rain....
Satellite pictures are not really good for us - showers and thunderstorms goes from Serbia to Szeged and next to Sumperk (CZ) :(. Like our friends in CZ we will try to visit any local brewery :).

6.5.2013 - the same like yesterday - task cancelled!
Today's weather was a little tricky. Some thunderstorms were on the way direction Szatymaz and finally CZ team finished with deriging all gliders just 30 minutes before first rain. Estimations for tomorrow are not so good - but bar is full of "palinka", "unicum", ... - it could be a good idea to test all.

6.5.2013 - can we fly in the rain ???
Yesterday evening we all looked for better weather over a glass full of czech beer and with a plate full of "knedliky" and "svickova". But it was not enought and today (as I see from my bungalow) is raining...

4.5.2013 - training day
So, first and last training day is over. Some pilots decided to fly - after long winter period they mostly tested engines and avionics... Basic briefing was followed by typical friendly dinner. And first 90 czech beers were delivered to beer friends.. :) And some info's for competitors: - please come to us and check glider handicap list for details about your glider; - please send us your IGC file asap after landing by e-mail on lxcup@pohoda.com !!!! - have a fun, we not accept any protests...
