Dear gliding friends,

the organising committee is working on the 2020 edition of the Coppa Città di Rieti. We are ready to adapt our usual procedures to the requirments of the national and health authorities regarding prevention of virus' spread.

Our briefings will most probably take place online, with live conference web-based applications. You'll be required to register upon arrival by submitting scanned copies of all relevant documents (both pilot's and sailplane's docs). You and your crew members will be required to read, understand and accept the recommended rules regarding interpersonal distancing and the use of masks or any other preventative devices and equipment.

We will do all we possibly can to guarantee that the CCR will be fun, safe and healthy. As of today, June 9th, a national contingency rule forbids all competitive sports events in Italy. We are confident that the ban will be released in a few days, so allowing us to maintain the intended schedule.

The organisation is monitoring the rules, and will take a final decision to give the CCR a "Go!" not later than the first week of July.
