No flying yesterday, but the day was not wasted. We enjoyed a very informative session about Hypoxia, presented by Hamish Funnell from Taupo Tandem Skydive. Hamish outlined the causes and sometimes insidious effects of hypoxia, and was even able to demonstrate the early effects with a couple of volunteers who underwent oxygen deprivation through a system that Hamish brought with him. 

Today is looking good enough to set a task at this stage, but time will tell.

Well - time has told, and it said it's not going to clear enough to safely launch a task.         What we can look forward to now is the "Pizza and Quiz" night tonight!
